These terms apply to purchases from duskhalo.com ("DUSKHALO", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them. Contact: hello@duskhalo.com.

1. Products

The DUSKHALO cap and Migraine Day Kit are comfort and wellness products. They are not medical devices and not a treatment or cure for migraine or any medical condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice — consult a qualified professional about your health.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices include VAT where applicable. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. pricing error, suspected fraud); if we do, you'll be refunded in full. Promotional bundle values shown against struck-through prices reflect the standalone prices of the included items on this site.

3. Delivery & refunds

Delivery terms are in our Shipping Policy. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 60-Day Worst-Day Guarantee and your statutory rights, which are unaffected.

4. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any order is otherwise limited to the amount you paid for it.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, branding and imagery belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
