Free delivery on every kit, across the UK — tracked, 4–8 days door to door. You will get the tracking link by email the moment your kit is on its way.

Returns — the Worst-Day Guarantee

You have 60 days. Real bad days, not a quick try-on. If the kit does not make your worst days more bearable, tell us and we refund every penny — and you keep the eye pillow, the pouch, the Ear Band and the Protocol. We can make that promise because almost nobody takes us up on it.

To start a return or refund, email us with your order number. No forms, no interrogation.

Full carrier details and return address are provided with every dispatch confirmation.
